Truck drivin' man
Got another part time job to help with the bills. Now instead of working at the Waly mart distribution center I get to drive a big rig around a farm to help with the harvesting of corn. First day was ruff cause I was still getting used to driving a big rig and now I seem to do it naturally. This will help in getting my CDL. Oh and more money for more guns.

Temp worker sucks.
Right now I work for a temp agency part time to make up some lost income because the railroad laid me off. This sucks since I have to put up with crappy jobs and the pay sucks too. While the normal employees make like 18.00 per hour I make 10.00 per hour. You just got to know what crappy job to pick since they are all back breakers. Right now I work in a warehouse and man do I feel it, body aches. The temp agency calls me up on my day off and asks if I want to work as a laborer working with cement, I asked how much since my previous experience with construction taught me how much concrete workers make. The lady said 10.00 per hour and I told her to take a hike.

Found work
Found some temporary work in a warehouse taking stuff out of one box and putting it into another box. As this kind of speed demon work appeals to some to me it not. I have bloodied fingers, back aches as I haven't done this type of work in years. If the Nazis had won the war then this is what they would be doing, this place is definitely the fourth Reich.

Job
Got a job interview this morning. I hope I get this job since I really need the money so I do not end up living in my truck. Must cook a really good breakfast.

Drool and Deals
Ahh it is 0800 time to wake up and enjoy the day. I noticed that when you have no income and are at home all the time you can not think of anything to do that does not require money, but when you are working 60 hours a week you can think of plenty of things that need to get done around the apartment that do not require money to do. Sure wish I had wrote down all things that needed to get done around here, oh well I think it is time to browse the Cimarron gun site and drool over some of their cool stuff.
My dad called me the other day regarding guns and I guess one of his co-workers collects antique firearms (basically whatever he can get through Big Five sporting good store). Father says that his co-worker was wondering where I get all my fireamrs from since I have stuff that he has never seen at the sporting goods store or gun shops in the area. I replied that I order most of them through an aquaintence of mine (my arms dealer) who has a FFL. He then says is it cheaper and of course I said yes if you buy more than one at one time plus the quality of the fireamrs are a lot better than in most stores. Later my father calls back and says his co-worker didn't believe me on the price so I asked him what he pays for a run of the mill 91/30. 189 clams he says. I told him that I purchased two of them and paid 69 clams a piece for mine of course add the fifty for the FFL license (covers both of them) and I still made out like a bandit. Haven't heard from my dads co-worker since, maybe he picked up a shotgun news and looked at the prices in there and got his wheels turning.

Ruger 10/22
A while back I bought a 10/22 ruger carbine. I have been panning to buy one for awhile and the time at that time seemed like the right time to purchase one. They were going up in price so I had to act quick. When I brought it home it sat in the box for quite some time before I took it out and test fired it. It performed really well except that sometimes it did not feed right and that could've been due to the ammo or the magazine I was using. I basically bought this rifle just for the action. Today I was at the local surplus/gunshop place and noticed that they had a laminated stock for a target barrel and a target barrel that comes with a stock sitting in the corner collecting dust. I asked the owner if I bought the barrel would he trade me stocks and he said sure. So in the next few weeks I will go back and make the purchase, since I will be working full time again by then. Now what scope to use?
