Overheard.....

So I was at the local gun spot just hanging out and being a total parasite when a couple walked in and decided to look at some handguns for self defense. They didn't look like the type to want to own hand guns. I imagined then holding up protest signs saying free Attica, But you can never tell. Anyways the husband wanted a 45 cal handgun which I thought was perfect for self defense, but the wife chimed in and said that it was too big to carry all the time (which is a good point if you are really trying to conceal it) and that she didn't want something that would kill just wound. Ssssssssccccccrrrrreeeeeccchhhhh stop the truck what did that bitch say, wound? WTF mate. This is the problem with America today. We are too politically correct we are afraid of hurting some body's or some other countries feelings. This shit has got to stop now. If you take a few modern Americans and time warp their asses back to lets say the late 1800's or even early 1900's there is a good chance not one of them would make it a few days add some trips to the local saloon the odds just greatly went down. You see we try to talk our way out of every situation which makes us non violent, but there are times (these days almost all of the time) that the only way to get out of a situation is serve up a steaming hot dish of whoop ass. I know it requires fishing deep into the gene pool for that long lost we take no BS gene that was supposedly put away in the closet after the west was settled and finally thrown out in the late sixties by the hippies peace movement. We need to quit being wussies and the rest of the world will take us seriously (who cares about the rest of the world anyway). It is okay to be peaceful and fair, but too much of it can kill us as individuals and a nation. What I mean is other people can sense your willingness not to fight ( like some predators do) and use that to gauge their attack same goes for a foreign country, they can sense a nations willingness not too fight and use that to their advantage. We need to become tough again. Oh as for the gun the couple was shopping for they ended up buying a 25 cal handgun. It was like watching a train wreck in slow motion.
